News from Magnolia @ 9th: Summer Fun & Learning

Summer at Magnolia at 9th Senior Apartments in San Bernardino includes classes in Art, Hand-Crafting, Yoga/Meditation, and an informative presentation about health insurance.

Instructor Clarisa Arostegui taught the residents the paper quilling technique using a comb to create paper flowers to decorate a fruit basket. They also worked on a wall hanging decoration made with CDs.

EngAGE sponsored a presentation by Teresa Tinkler, Molina Healthcare, which explained the benefits of a health plan which contracts with both Medicare and Medi-Cal.
