Tim Carpenter, Founder and Executive Director of EngAGE, celebrated with the residents of Cascadian Terrace Apartments in Portland, OR, where we’re excited to be offering our EngAGE creative programming. Tim commented: “I love my job. The people who live at Cascadian Terrace felt special today, happy, lifted up. I was joined by so many great friends in Portland.
