The special week-long “Aging as Art” photo exhibit opened Tuesday and runs through Sunday, March 6th, at Bowers Museum in Santa Ana, CA. “Now in its third year, ‘Aging as Art’ presents a different perspective on what it means to grow old: not just the challenge and loss that goes along with aging, but also the often vibrant living in the moment. . . .The 55 portraits on display were selected from a juried competition that Council on Aging-Orange County sponsors.” The work of professional, amateur, and student photographers is featured in this exhibit.
