Focus on Senior Volunteers: BSAC Mentors Play Guitar

Burbank Senior Artists Colony residents enjoy mentoring students at the neighboring Burbank Community Day School. Learning how to play and practicing the guitar are favorite activities for everyone — and they fit right in with yesterday’s post about the value of playing a musical instrument!

Teddi (center), a BSAC resident, works on her technique.

BSAC resident Millie (striped shirt) works with a student.

Dolly (center, back), a BSAC mentor, practices with the group.

Love it! Those students are so luck to have such great mentors. I shared the wonderful photos and blog posts on ChangingAging’s Facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/ChangingAging

If anyone could tag the participants in the photos we would greatly appreciate it!
