News from Long Beach Senior Arts Colony: Holiday Celebrations

Bring on the joy! LBSAC residents in Long Beach, CA, celebrated the season with three festive events: a holiday jewelry and crafts sale in the main lobby; an “All that Jazzy Holiday Soiree,” produced by resident diva Gwendolyn, who was joined by her talented daughter in the Piano Lobby; and a holiday recipe swap with yuletide picture posing that was held during the Impact Meal.

The Impact Meal is the LBSAC weekly free food meal program that started last March. The food is provided by L.A. Kitchen and Laura Sardisco, EngAGE Social Services Coordinator, sets it up each week for the residents. Learn more about the Impact L.A. program here.
