Community Outreach Alliance, Right at Home Care , VITAS Healthcare, and EngAGE collaborate each month to bring important topics for discussion to our residents at Cotton’s Point Senior Apartments in San Clemente, CA. At this session, the topic was “Gratitude.” Residents shared ways they can show appreciation to their neighbors in their community as well as to the organizations that help them. A pivotal moment was when each person shared an experience of gratitude in his/her own life. Residents said they were comforted to hear their friends’ stories.
