News from the Team: Cynthia Friedlob’s 25 Year Art Retrospective at NoHo SAC

EngAGE’s Websites/Social Media Manager Cynthia Friedlob had a colorful career for many years in children’s television as a writer for such luminaries as Bill Hanna and Joe Barbera, The Muppets’ Jim Henson, and Marvel’s Stan Lee, working on such iconic programs as “Scooby Doo,” “The Smurfs,” “The Jetsons,” “My Little Pony,” and the animated “Fraggle Rock.” Earlier in her career, she was a professional jazz singer and occasional songwriter.

Cynthia is also an artist. Twenty-five years ago, she entered and was accepted into her first juried art show, the Southern California Open. Since then, she’s exhibited work in a variety of media in scores of gallery and museum shows across the country, plus many Art Walks and fairs. You can see some of her recent work on her website.

In addition, Cynthia is a Host/Producer on Experience Talks, the EngAGE radio show on 90.7 KPFK-FM in Los Angeles.

Please join us to see Cynthia’s eclectic art show and celebrate her 25 year anniversary. This year also marks her 10th anniversary of meeting EngAGE CEO/Founder Tim Carpenter and her affiliation with Experience Talks, extra reasons to celebrate!
