BOB FITZGERALD
with host CYNTHIA FRIEDLOB

BOB FITZGERALD has been involved in the heath and fitness industry for over fifty years as an individual  and group fitness trainer, public speaker and program developer. He holds numerous certifications, including the SFA Certification (Senior Fitness Association of America). He has been on the 3M Advisory Board, and on the Boards of the American Lung Association and Fifty Plus (a non-profit organization dedicated to physical activity for older adults). He has been a strength/flexibility trainer and coach for many sports teams, and spokesman for the Arthritis Foundation of Los Angeles and ARM (Bronze Advanced Toast Master). More than sixty-five years ago, as a thin sickly youth, Bob Fitzgerald transformed himself to the level of a professional athlete. Bob now combines his years of study and experience with his first-hand knowledge to teach, educate, motivate and inspire others regarding the incredible health benefits and personal power bestowed by his unique approach to resistance exercise.

You can find Bob at Taix Workout Studio in La Cañada Flintridge.

Host CYNTHIA FRIEDLOB offers a commentary about our penchant for labeling groups and wonders what we should call older people.
