News from Riverview: Art Exhibition

The art exhibition, “Crossing the Line: Drawing for and with Older Adults,” at Minneapolis College of Art and Design’s Emeritus Gallery features artist residents from our CommonBond Riverview Senior Housing community in Minneapolis, MN. Prior to the exhibition, the artists participated in a 10 week, 2 hours/per week art class presented by The Drawing Project, which was designed to develop their drawing skills, but also to provide them with new ways of seeing and engaging with the world and their community. This exciting exhibition is their culminating event. Stop in and see what these new drawers achieved! Thank you MCAD gallery Director Kerry Morgan and crew for your help and support to make this happen. Learn more about the exhibit at this link on the MCAD website.
