Residents had an amazing time this past Thursday at the luau at The Metro @ Compton Senior Apartments in Compton, CA. Management and EngAGE collaborated to provide delicious luau food: grilled chicken, pulled pork, grilled pineapple, side dishes of coleslaw and macaroni salad, and tasty desserts. Everyone enjoyed the entertainment provided by Polynesian hula dancers, who invited the residents to dance with them. We also had the pleasure of listening to Kelly, a young lady who volunteered to play the ukulele. A perfect way to spend a summer day!
