News from Long Beach Senior Artists Colony: Reader’s Theatre Company Concludes 5th Season

On June 15th, the Reader’s Theatre Company produced a special event that celebrated the conclusion of their 5th season at the Long Beach Senior Arts Colony. Under the direction of resident Barbara Fay, the 10-member cast performed, “It’s Always About the Money, Honey,” to a standing-room-only crowd of residents and invited guests. The production was further enhanced by residents providing beautiful floral centerpieces, creative stage décor, and cast photography. Residents enjoyed a Celebration Reception prior to the show and were treated to a delicious assortment of appetizers, desserts, and beverages.  We applaud this theatrical troupe for 5 memorable seasons of entertaining Reader’s Theatre productions!

This performance was supported, in part, by the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors through the Los Angeles County Arts Commission.
