We applaud our LBSAC “Magical Stars” who gave us a magical evening of talent in February. Kudos to resident Veronica Bryant, who wrote, directed, and produced the show with a dedicated team of performers, volunteers, and supporters. The cast included 20 residents who sang, danced, read poetry, and showed their artistic abilities. The Theatre/Community Center was packed to the gills with neighbors and friends, and was a treat for the eyes and ears.
Many of the performances were captured on video to submit to the casting director of NBC’s “Little Big Shots- Forever Young,” which is hosted by funnyman Steve Harvey. Who knows? Maybe one of our talented residents will get to be featured on the show!
