Jack Handey’s long career as a comedy writer pretty much guarantees that he’s made you laugh. Handey s[65] old his first jokes to Steve Allen in 1977. By the ’90s, he was sharing his surrealistic “Deep Thoughts” on “Saturday Night Live” and in novels. He continues to write books and numerous short magazine pieces. Read more about him here.
