If you are looking for low-income rentals, there are income qualifications that must be met. When you call the property, just ask for information and the management representative will explain. There are also apartments available at market rates.
North Hollywood Senior Arts Colony
EngAGE offers classes and activities at all of the properties on our list, but our Arts Colonies also offer special amenities such as an art studio, a theater, a fitness center, and more.
